PowerITV allows the user to add a secondary structure to an existing evaluation. For example, if you had a single family residence with a steel building on it's property you can evaluate both structures in one report.
Add New - allows you to add a secondary structure
Copy Selected - allows you to copy a structure
Delete Selected - allows you to delete a structure from the list
Edit Details - allows you to edit the information in the chosen structure
Add Group - allows you to add a group to list multiple structures
From the list of options, choose Other Structures.
Click on "Add New"
Choose the Structure type
Click "0K"
This will begin the information for the new structure type. Once you have finished, you can click Return to Main Structure.
To Add Groups to the other structures list you will need to:
Click on "Add Group"
Give the group a Name and click "Save Changes".
The group will be created
Right click on the group name to add structures to the list.
You can also remove structures from a group by dragging and dropping the structure to the top of the list.
