Web-based PowerITV is designed for any professional who needs to quickly create reliable replacement costs for buildings. Web-based PowerITV accepts basic structural information about a building and outputs a professional report with a total and a breakdown of the costs for a complete replacement. Costs are calculated by building cost data licensed from the Craftsman Book Company.

 

Reports may be printed or saved as pdf files which may be viewed on any computer with Adobe® Systems's free Adobe® Reader® software.

 

Custom templates may also be created to help increase the speed of the valuation process.

 

Photos can be added to the valuation.
