Select the region by city and state or by state only for web-based PowerITV to recommend a cost adjustment. Check off the "Enter your own value" check box to make the cost percentage customizable. If you enter a zip code on the Address Screen, it will pull automatically show in the Regional Cost Adjustment Screen.
To move to the next screen click Next, to move to the previous screen click Back.
