The Total screen displays the cost per square foot and the total replacement cost generated by web-based PowerITV. These totals can be adjusted manually by checking the "Manually adjust total" check box. Costs on your final report will be modified to reflect this change. To go back to the web-based PowerITV generated cost uncheck the "Manually adjust total" check box.
